Induction training

Detailed training for new hires to familiarize them with company policies, culture, and job-specific requirements.​

Work shadowing

The employee observes and follows a more experienced colleague to gain insight into their day-to-day responsibilities, processes, and best practices.

On-the-job training

Hands-on training and mentoring to develop practical skills and knowledge.

In-house training

Training and educational sessions conducted in-house by internal or external trainers. These programmes are designed to meet the specific needs of the company e.g. Visual Merchandising, Customer Service, Health & Safety, Security and Human Resources.

E-LEarning

Detailed training for all employees through INTERSPORT’s bespoke learning platform, Atobi, an industry recognised development tool on company covering policies, health & safety, culture, job-specific requirements whilst providing up to date sports product knowledge.

In-house and external workshops, conferences, and webinars on various topics relevant to the business and employees' professional development​.
