Empowering Women at Intersport Elverys

At INTERSPORT Elverys, we are actively supporting our female athletes and staff members, from the grassroots to the elite, to be the very best they can be. Our goal is create an inclusive and supportive environment where woman can thrive in their sports.

Gender Balance within our Management and Staff Roles

INTERSPORT Elverys is proud to report a very favourable gender balance in management roles, as well as general staff, across the company. Historically, INTERSPORT Elverys has always represented a close to 50% gender balance in management roles, which is well above the worldwide average of around 31%.

Our goal for 2025 was to continue to show that INTERSPORT Elverys is a truly inclusive employer, and we aimed to do this by embedding Inclusive practices across the business as well as developing and fostering a sense of fairness and belonging among colleagues.

4.52%

Our mean gender pay gap is 4.52%. This is an increase on our 2024 mean value, but it is still lower than the national average and is a positive reflection of the gender diversity in our team.

0.01%

Our mean gender pay gap for part-time employees is almost zero, at 0.01%.

0.37%

Our median gender pay gap across the company is 0.37%. The median gap is often a better representation of the general pay gap, as it is less likely to be distorted by unusually large or small values.
