The Umbro 4 Metre Agility Speed Ladder in yellow and black provides an adjustable layout for incorporating different stride patterns into training sessions. Suitable for a range of workouts in Ireland.
It features 50 centimetre wide plastic rungs positioned along nylon webbing. The rungs can be moved into different positions, allowing you to change the spacing to suit the stride pattern required for each exercise.
At four metres long, this Umbro speed ladder provides a defined training area with multiple adjustable rungs. The yellow plastic rungs contrast clearly with the black nylon straps, while their sliding design makes it straightforward to alter the layout between exercises. Once training is complete, the ladder can be packed away in the supplied bag for convenient storage.

Returns via Post
You can post your item back to our Distribution Centre. Fill in the Returns Form supplied with your order (or download here) or enclose a note detailing your name, address, contact number, Order Reference number and reason for return. Returns for orders fulfilled and shipped from our Partner Warehouses**
Please note that items fulfilled and shipped by a Partner Warehouse (including orders for the Portwest workwear range) cannot be returned to an Intersport Elverys store. While returns to stores are possible where applicable, we recommend sending them directly to our Head Office.
