PTP Total Resistance System
The Total Resistance System (TRS) is the Ultimate "Gym in a Bag", providing 5 different levels of resistance bands as well as PTP power handles, ankle straps, and indoor/outdoor anchors. Perfect for a full body workout by improving muscular strength and endurance whilst promoting muscle growth. It is the perfect addition to your home gym. The TRS is highly versatile and convenient. It comes with different levels of resistance tubes and a set of Power Handles and ankle straps, which allows you to alternate between upper and lower body exercises. With our indoor and outdoor anchors, you can train anywhere at anytime. 5 different levels of resistance tube are ideal for training the whole body by improving muscular strength and endurance whilst promoting muscle growth. All resistance tubes come with the build-in Safety inner cord makes it a safe choice for resistance training. The TRS comes with the ability to increase or decrease the resistance when you train, by adding or removing an additional tube(s).

Please note items fulfilled and shipped by an Intersport Elverys approved supplier cannot be returned to an Intersport Elverys store and must be returned to the returns address provided on the delivery note enclosed in your parcel or to our Distribution Centre. This includes orders for Aqua Marina and Portwest workwear products.
