Overview
Mizuno Wave Rider 30 Womens Cushioned Running Shoes
The Mizuno Wave Rider 30 Womens Running Shoes in navy are designed for smooth, comfortable daily running with a natural heel-to-toe transition. Nitrogen Infused Mizuno Enerzy Nxt cushioning combines with a full-length Mizuno Wave Plate to provide energy return, cushioning and stability, while the updated 8 millimetre drop and wider midfoot base support a balanced, cruise-like ride.
The Wave Rider 30 introduces a full-length Mizuno Wave Plate for the first time in the series' 30-year history. A dual-layer Mizuno Enerzy Nxt midsole combines a nitrogen-infused upper layer with an EVA-based lower layer of varying hardness, while the lightweight outsole, fitted heel shape and refined 1BY1 mesh upper complete a versatile option for beginners and regular daily runners.
Product Highlights
Smooth Heel-To-Toe Transition
The updated midsole geometry, 8 millimetre drop and full-length Mizuno Wave Plate work together to support natural, seamless weight transfer from heel to toe.
Dual-Layer Mizuno Enerzy Nxt
Nitrogen Infused Mizuno Enerzy Nxt in the upper midsole provides soft cushioning and energy return, while the EVA-based lower layer uses varying hardness to create a balanced feel.
Stable Daily Running
A midfoot base that is 14 millimetres wider than the Wave Rider 29 contributes to a more stable ride without adding weight.
