School Visit by Bundee Aki Competition - Terms and Conditions

The Intersport Elverys School Visit by Bundee Aki competition is open to all Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years or over, who are legally able to enter on behalf of a child attending a school within the Republic of Ireland. 

Employees or agents of Intersport Elverys and their families or other persons connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. 

No purchase is necessary to enter. 

To enter, simply tell us in 100 words or less why they would like Bundee Aki to visit their school. Enter Here. 

Entrants must provide the First Name, Last Name, and a valid phone number and email address of a parent or guardian. All entries must be submitted via the electronic form provided. Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter. 

By entering the competition and submitting a video, you hereby grant Intersport Elverys a license to use that video for the purpose of promoting the competition within advertising communications, online, and in electronic formats. 

The opening date for entries is Monday 30th June 2025. The closing date of the competition is 11:59PM on 31st August 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid. 

Entry to this competition shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

One winner will be chosen by Intersport Elverys on 1st September 2025. 

The winner will receive the opportunity for Bundee Aki to visit their school, participate in activities, and appear in promotional materials featuring the winner with Bundee Aki. By entering, entrants agree to participate in filming and their footage/image being used for Intersport Elverys promotional materials online, in-store, and in PR. 

The winner will be selected based on which entry, in the opinion of the judges, best demonstrates why their school should win a visit from Bundee Aki. The decision of the judges will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

The winner will be notified by phone and email (using details provided at entry) on 1st September 2025, and must be available on the date nominated by Intersport Elverys to host Bundee Aki at their school. Intersport Elverys will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If a winner does not respond within 2 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited. 

The Promoter will not cover expenses related to the school visit. Any personal expenses, and all other costs and arrangements, will be at the expense of the winner. 

Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded. If the winner does not comply with this requirement within the timelines required by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize. 

The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no  alternative prize is offered. 

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so. 

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so. 

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

The competition will be governed by Irish law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
