Delivery usually takes 1-3 Working days but times can vary depending on the item, stock location and delivery method. If part of your order is dispatched separately or becomes unavailable, Elverys will contact you with an update or offer a refund.

Yes. You can track your Intersport Elverys order through the tracking link provided in your order information. Alternatively use the Chat Bot and search 'Track my order'

Unused, re-saleable items can be returned with original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.

Yes. Returns to Elverys stores are FREE. Bring your delivery docket and/or order confirmation email, plus the payment card used if applicable.

Returns are usually processed within the first few days of being received, but refunds can take up to 7 days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Personalised items, including printed jerseys, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Yes. Personalisation can add up to 3 additional working days to the delivery lead time.

Elverys physical gift cards and e-gift cards can be used online at Elverys.ie and in Elverys stores nationwide.

No. Intersport Elverys gift cards do not expire.

Gift cards can be purchased up to €1,000.
