Baselayer Cold
- Cold Gear uses a double-sided fabric that manages to wick moisture away from the body, while still providing insulation
- The thicker layer traps heat to keep the user warm
- Popular with skiers, snowboarders, runners, footballers and rugby players

- They have been developed for high-sweat, aerobic activities where there is a twofold need to both keep the athlete warm and to quickly remove sweat
- Baselayer Cold garments wick moisture from the body, have a quick drying time and are designed to be worn next to the skin
- Composition of Baselayer Cold: 63% nylon, 23% polyester, 14% elastane
- The fabric has a brushed finish
Baselayer Hot:
- Hot (or Heat) Gear is made of a thinner fabric which wicks sweat away to the outside of the garment where it runs off or dries
- Used by those playing sports or running in hot weather to keep you cool
- keeps you cool in even the hottest conditions
- All Canterbury Baselayer Hot garments wick moisture from the skin, have a quick drying time.
- They are designed to be worn next to the skin
- The Fabric provides UV protection from the sun
- It keeps you cool by evaporating and wicking

- Compression gear comes in Hot or Cold Gear
- Fits like a second skin which pulls moisture away from the body
