HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard delivery to Republic of Ireland at present is taking 1 to 7 working days. If your order does not meet these timings, it may be because your item(s) are being dispatched from a different location. In this case, we will contact you with an expected delivery date. Standard delivery to the UK, Mainland Europe, United States and the Rest of the World can take 3 to 9 working days. Home Gym Equipment Delivery in the Republic of Ireland (Keepfit Range) and International Delivery does take longer. Please refer to our delivery information above for more detail. We always endeavour to get your order to you as quick as possible!

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery to any Elverys Intersport store is free.* Standard delivery to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland is free on all orders.  Home Gym Equipment (Keepfit Range) and International Delivery charges vary. Please refer to our delivery charges above for more detail.
 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you order has been dispatched from our warehouse with An Post you can then track you order on www.anpost.ie using your Elverys Order Number or your Tracking Number.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY OF HOME GYM EQUIPMENT?

Delivery is €30 for home gym equipment over 25KG (Republic Of Ireland addresses only) such as treadmills, exercise bikes, rowers, cross trainers etc. Selected Sports Tables, Basketball Units will also qualify for this charge. Please note, at present, we can only offer doorstep delivery. Our team will be unable to bring products into customers' homes. Based on weight/size, selected items will not be available for Click and Collect to stores, and will only be available for Home Delivery. It's recommended that your Home Gym Equipment is kept indoors, away from moisture and dust. For electrical/battery operated machines, it is recommended that they are not stored or used in sheds/garages/covered patio areas or near water. Failure to do so may void the warranty with the manufacturer.
 

Home Gym Equipment Delivery Process

•    Our Home Gym Team will contact you in advance of delivery to communicate a window for delivery. 
•    On the day of delivery, the Home Gym Delivery Team will call you when they are outside so you can accept your delivery.  
•    In order to maintain the required social distancing we would ask that you leave a clear area at the front of your home where your purchase can be delivered to. 
•    Our Home Gym Team members have at all times a supply of hand sanitiser and PPE, and hands are sanitised before and after each delivery. 
•    Our team members will wear all the necessary PPE as outlined by the HSE for the delivery. 
•    In the event that you require an item removed (WEEE regulations), Intersport Elverys need to be notified at time of purchase.  The item for removal needs to be left outside your premises for our Home Gym Team, it will be wiped down/cleaned before being removed.  Please note, for online purchases please contact online@elverys.ie quoting your Order Number and the item you wish to remove. 
•    If for any reason you would like to return your item, we’re happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 days.  Item would need to be in full saleable condition and in original packaging.  A collection fee may also apply for returns of Home Gym items unless faulty/damaged.

Our assembly service is temporarily unavailable. While our Home Gym Delivery Team are currently unable to assemble your purchase, our Customer Service Team will be happy to help wherever possible. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ALL OF MY ORDER?

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund. If your order is obviously incomplete, please email online@elverys.ie or call 1850 438 348.
