Store Reopening

Services Provided from Monday, May 10th to Saturday, May 15th

 Retail by appointment – customers can call their local store to reserve a timeslot, where our team will look after them in-store in a safe environment. Log on to our Store Locator to find the contact details of your nearest Intersport Elverys.
         Click & Collect Order Collection will be available from our stores from May 10th.  
        Phone Orders - customers can call ahead to their local store and pay for an item over the phone, before collecting at an agreed time within store opening hours. 
         Refunds and exchanges can be facilitated once they are part of an appointment, an order collection, or a phone order collection.  Refunds and exchanges will be processed from the door of the store, where possible.

Important Points
Face coverings MUST be worn by all adults when in-stores.
         Fitting rooms will remain closed.
         Footwear can be tried on using pop-socks provided by store staff.
        Our FootBalance service will not be available until May 17th onwards.


Refunds & Exchanges
  Customers must present original sales receipt, e-receipt or alternative proof of purchase, e.g. credit card statement, which clearly states date of purchase, price, and method of payment to obtain a refund or exchange
    The product must have the tags attached and all relevant packaging.  We cannot accept footwear/boots returned without the correct box/packaging.
    For returns of Online purchases, customers must present the Confirmation Mail from the order, which will outline date of purchase, price and method of payment.
    Refunds are not permitted on items returned with only a gift receipt. An exchange or a gift-card to the current selling price of the item will be offered.
    Any refunds will be done in the same method of payment.  Credit/Debit card refunds must go back onto the original Credit/Debit card used for purchase; alternatively an Intersport Elverys Gift Card will be issued.  
    Intersport Elverys cannot refund back onto One4All, FromMe2You cards, Shopping Centre Gift Cards, Perfect Incentive cards etc.  Refunds will be given onto Intersport Elverys Gift Cards in this case.
    Swimwear can only be accepted for return if the hygiene strip is in place. 
    We can’t accept returns of facemasks/coverings or underwear.
    Purchases of Intersport Elverys Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
    Personalised/customised items (e.g. printed jerseys) cannot be returned/exchanged unless faulty.
    If you wish to return an item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion (e.g. 3 for 2, Buy One Get One Free, Buy One Get One Half Price etc.) you will forfeit any saving/benefit made based on the initial multi-buy offer.

Faulty Items
If you are unhappy due to a perceived technical product fault, please return to the store with proof of purchase and speak to our team members.
   Intersport Elverys reserves the right to have reasonable time to make a decision on the product.  In certain cases, the product may also be reviewed by our Support Centre personnel.  We commit to reverting to the customer with a decision within 10 days.
    Customers may be offered repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

    Some of our Partner Brands offer extended warranties on their products which may offer policies different to those outlined above.  It is the responsibility of the customer to register their own products for any such available warranties.
