Mainland UK and USA Deliveries

Due to the UK leaving the EU, order deliveries to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) are now classed as international deliveries. These may be subject to taxes, levies, fees, customs duty, or other charges. Deliveries to the USA will be subject to taxes, fees, custom duty, or other charges as per normal

Orders addressed to the UK that are over €150 (approximately £135) may be subject to tax and duty as per local laws and legislation. VAT will be owed and payable by the person receiving the goods upon delivery. Returns from the UK may be subject to transport costs, import fees, customs or other charges. Costs will be owed and payable by the person returning the goods.

Please note that the recipient of an order, not the person placing the order on Intersport Elvery’s website, will be responsible for any customs formalities or additional charges for an international delivery of Intersport Elvery’s products.

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard delivery to Republic of Ireland at present is taking 1 to 5 working days. If your order does not meet these timings, it may be because your item(s) are being dispatched from a different location. In this case, we will contact you with an expected delivery date. Standard delivery to the UK, Mainland Europe, United States and the Rest of the World can take 3 to 9 working days. Home Gym Equipment Delivery in the Republic of Ireland (Keepfit Range) and International Delivery does take longer. Please refer to our delivery information above for more detail. We always endeavour to get your order to you as quick as possible!

PERSONALISATION/SHIRT PRINTING

Personalisation is available on select items. Please note, this service can add up to 3 additional working days on your delivery lead time.

Personalisation must be purchased in the same transaction as the shirt, and cannot be added retrospectively.  Please be sure of your size before ordering, as personalised items cannot be returned (unless faulty).

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery to any Elverys Intersport store is free.* Standard delivery to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland is free on all orders over €60.  Home Gym Equipment (Keepfit Range) and International Delivery charges vary. Please refer to our delivery charges above for more detail.
 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you order has been dispatched from our warehouse with An Post you can then track you order on www.anpost.ie using your Elverys Order Number or your Tracking Number.

DELIVERY OF HOME GYM EQUIPMENT


Delivery Service (without assembly) to the Republic of Ireland for Home Gym equipment costs €20, select items incur a delivery charge of €40 due to oversized dimensions. Selected Sports Tables, Basketball Units will also qualify for this charge. 
Based on weight/size, selected items will not be available for Click and Collect to stores and will only be available for Home Delivery. It's recommended that your Home Gym Equipment is kept indoors, away from moisture and dust. For electrical/battery operated machines, it is recommended that they are not stored or used in sheds/garages/covered patio areas or near water. Failure to do so may void the warranty with the manufacturer.
Delivery of Home Gym items are to ground floor locations only, our team cannot bring items up/down stairs under any circumstances.  If a customer wishes to have an item assembled in a room that is not at ground floor level, the customer will need to have people available to move the item to this location, our team members cannot assist with this.       
Our Home Gym Team will contact you in advance of delivery to communicate a window for delivery. 

If you require an item removed (WEEE regulations), Intersport Elverys need to be notified at time of purchase.  The item for removal needs to be left outside your premises for our Home Gym Team, it will be wiped down/cleaned before being removed.  Please note, for online purchases please contact [email protected] quoting your Order Number and the item you wish to remove. 

If for any reason you would like to return your item, we’re happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 days.  Item would need to be in full saleable condition and in original packaging.  A collection fee may also apply for returns of Home Gym items unless faulty/damaged.
 


I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ALL OF MY ORDER?

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund. If your order is obviously incomplete, please email [email protected] or call (094) 96 08970.
