As part of the checkout process you will be offered the choice of home delivery or collect in store. Choose your nearest store from the drop down lists and complete your order.
You will receive a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order is available for collection. Please wait for this confirmation email before you come in to store to collect your order.
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse to your chosen store within 1 - 3 working days. Head down to your chosen store with a copy of your confirmation email and a valid form of ID (drivers licence or passport), and produce both at the main in-store till point. They’ll hand over your package and that’s it!
We know that your time and money is precious, so we’ve saved you some of both with our free Click and Collect service. Order online, avoid the shipping costs, and collect your items from any of our stores nationwide, whenever and wherever is most convenient for you. Don't forget to bring your photo identification (passport, drivers licence) and order confirmation when you come to collect your order. If you used an Elverys/One4all gift card to pay for the entire order then please bring photo ID.
Yes, as long as you notify the store of the person who will collect it. You must notify the store personally, and the person you nominate to collect must bring valid ID – either a driver’s licence or passport and the order confirmation email.

Please collect your order within 14 days of receiving your confirmation email. After this date your item(s) will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund your purchase.
