Next Generation Management Development Programme at INTERSPORT Elverys
On Thursday 18th June, we were delighted to gather at The Ellison Hotel, Castlebar to celebrate our colleagues graduating from our QQI accredited Next Generation Management Programme 2026 a mix of in-house, practical and classroom sessions run in conjunction with Leap, Galway.
Colleagues from our warehouse and store teams have shown real commitment and dedication throughout this programme, and we could not be prouder of every one of them. We also took the opportunity to recognise our colleagues who completed the programme in 2025, and who more than deserved every bit of that acknowledgement.
To top off a brilliant few months, the evening also gave us a chance to reflect on and celebrate our recent national HR Champion Award win in the Champion Diversity & Inclusion Strategy category.
