Free Returns with An Post – Drop-off or Collection
Intersport Elverys are now offering free returns on standard Online orders to our Distribution Centre with our partners in An Post. You have a number of options as to how to return your purchase free of charge.
FREE COLLECTION OR DROP OFF
You can either schedule a free collection of your item or drop your item off at your local post office, parcel locker or Post Point location.
(You will need a printer to print off a label for FREE DROP-OFF)

Please note, your Retailer Order Reference is the 10-digit number on your Order Confirmation and on your Delivery Docket.
For all returns of standard orders via An Post, please fill in and enclose the Returns Form on the back of your Delivery Docket that would have come with your Online Order. You can use the original packaging from your purchase, or else use any other secure box or packaging.
Returns of Home Gym Equipment/Tables/Basketball Units to our Distribution Centre

Intersport Elverys can arrange collections of these from customers’ homes, however a collection fee may apply unless the unit is deemed faulty.
Other Important Information:
Items purchased in our stores can only be returned to one of our stores.
Items purchased online can be returned to our stores or our Distribution Centre.
Items for return must have all tags attached, and all relevant packaging. We cannot accept footwear/boots back without the correct box/packaging.
Any refunds will be done in the same method of payment. Credit/Debit Card refunds must go back onto the original Credit/Debit Card used for purchase; alternatively an Intersport Elverys Gift Card will be issued.
Swimwear can only be accepted for return if the hygiene strip is in place.
We can’t accept returns of facemasks/coverings or underwear.
Purchases of Intersport Elverys Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
Personalised/Customised items (e.g. printed jerseys) cannot be returned/exchanged unless faulty.
If you wish to return an item bought as part of a multi-buy (e.g. 3 for 2, Buy One Get One Free, Buy One Get One Half Price etc.) promotion, you will forfeit any saving/benefit made based on the initial multi-buy offer.

How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are usually processed in the first few days they are received back but please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it’s something we have no control over.
We will refund you by the same method as payment you used when you originally placed your order e.g. for customers using Credit or Debit cards this will be refunded back onto the same card.
Who pays for the return?
Intersport Elverys are happy to offer free returns on all standard orders.
What happens if I receive the wrong item in my order?

What happens if the item is faulty?

Determination as to whether a product is faulty or not will be at the sole discretion of Elverys Intersport. Elverys Intersport reserves the right to have reasonable time to make decisions on the product. We commit to reverting to the customer with a decision within 10 days.
Customers will be offered in this order: Repair, Replacement, Refund.
Where a product is determined to be faulty, we will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred.
Please note that trainers and boots cannot be machine washed and will ultimately damage your shoes. Items will not be accepted for return if they have been machine washed.
