COMPEITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter: Intersport Elverys whose registered office is at Moneen Industrial Estate, Castlebar, Co. Mayo.

2. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.

3. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents in ROI only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

4. Promotional Period: Promotion runs from Wednesday the 16th of April 2025 at 16:00 to Monday 12th of May 2025 23.59.

5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

6. To Enter: Participant must scan QR and complete the application form and answer the test of skill question correctly.

7. Closing date for entry will be Monday 12th of May 2025 23.59. After this date the no further entries to this competition will be permitted.

8. The Prize: 10 winners of Hoka Clifton 10s.

9. Prize Stipulations:

a. The Prize is non-transferable.

b. No cash alternative is available.

c. Specific shoes is subject to availability of specific colourway and sizing.

d. Prize winners plus ones must also be over the age of 18

10. Winner Selection: 10 winners will be chosen at random by software, from all correct entries received and verified by Promoter and / or its agents.

11. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the contact number provided upon entry and all winners will be contacted no later than the 15th of May 2025. Should the prize winner not be available to take the call, another prize winner will be chosen in their place.

12. Only one entry per person.

13. Entrants must provide all correct information.

14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any

applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

15. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
