Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon Partnership

Since 2005, Intersport Elverys have been proud and delighted Official Retail Partners of the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon.

The Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon is an annual 10k charity road race that occurs in Dublin on the June Bank Holiday weekend and is now the largest women’s event of its kind in the world!

Intersport Elverys takes inspiration from helping to empower some of the 1 million plus people who have taken part in the event since its inception. While there has also been an incredible €226 million raised for charity since it’s beginning in 1983.

We’re one of the biggest supporters of Irish sport in the country and each day we strive to be the best partner to all our female athletes, bringing them the latest innovation and technologies to improve their performance.

We have expert staff, inspirational brand ambassadors and really motivating and friendly meet up events all the time.

We recently held one in our Sligo store, with our brand ambassador and Irish International Sprint Hurdler, Sarah Quinn, and Linda Broaders of the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon attending.

What we love about the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon is how the event is open to women of all ages and all abilities, so if you are a elite runner, seasoned amateur, jogger or simply out to enjoy the walk and company of your friends, then this event is for you.

The event is known worldwide, with participants from Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Wales, Scotland, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, France, England, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Japan having all joined in the past.
