Returning an Order

When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable or made to order/customised goods) up to 7 days after receiving your order – this is the cooling off period (if you return an item within this cooling off period we will refund you the cost of the goods including the delivery charge. Delivery will not be refunded on goods returned after this cooling off period)

Gift Vouchers- Note – no returns are permitted on gift vouchers. Remember, vouchers should be treated like cash. If a voucher is lost, stolen etc. it will not be replaced under any circumstances.

Goods must be returned:
•    Within 14 days of receipt of goods
•    In an unused/unworn condition
•    With the original delivery docket/E-mail (as proof of purchase)
•    With the original packaging/boxes – swimwear will only be accepted for a return if the hygiene strip is in place.

If goods are returned after the 14 day period, after inspection of the goods Elverys Sports will offer an exchange only

We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour or for a different product of the same (or lower price, with us refunding you the difference) price as the original item

If we do not have the stock available we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative item or we’ll offer you a refund

How to send back a return

We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as until we receive the parcel it is your responsibility

Do I have to pay to return?
We do not offer a free returns service. However we will exchange any unwanted returns and re-send then without any further charge.

How long can I keep my order before returning?
Return your items to us within 14 days of receiving them.

How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please allow up to a week for refunds to show on your account.
We’ll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. credit card, laser card)

Received the wrong items?
If this happens we will endeavour to get the correct items out to you as soon as possible. We will cover the cost of returning these items to us.

The item is faulty?
If you are unhappy due to a perceived technical product fault or mis-described product, please contact us to arrange a return.
•    Elverys Sports reserve the right to have reasonable time to make a decision on the product. We commit to reverting to the customer with a decision within 10 days.
•    In certain cases, the product may also be reviewed by the operations team
•    Customers will be offered in this order: repair, replacement or refund
