We hope you love your new purchase. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your order confirmation email and returns form.
We’re happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 days. Customers must provide proof of purchase which clearly states the date of the purchase and the purchase price, to obtain a refund.
The products must have the tags attached, and all wrapping/shoe boxes must be returned.
Pending stock availability we can also offer an exchange in store on unused items returned within 30 days or a full refund in any Elverys Intersport Store.

Returns to our stores are completely free.
You’ll need to take:
- Your confirmation email
- The credit/debit card used to pay for the order (if applicable)
- Your returns form
- Check our store locator page for store locations and opening times.
Fill in the Returns Form that was enclosed with your order or enclose a note detailing your name, address, contact number and reason for return.
Package the items carefully in their original box or secure outer wrapper where possible, and send them back clearly addressed to:

We recommend that you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel.
Returns are not permitted on items returned with only a gift receipt. An exchange or gift-card will be offered.
Any refunds are based on the method of payment, e.g. credit card sale = credit card refund; cash sale = cash back; voucher = voucher; PayPal = PayPal etc.
Refunds are not permitted after the 30-day period.
Sales items may be returned for refund within 30 days as per above policy.
Elverys cannot refund back onto One4All, FromMe2U cards etc. Refunds will be on Elverys gift-cards in this case.

Swimwear will only be accepted for a return if the hygiene strip is in place.
If you wish to return an item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion (e.g. 3 for 2, Buy One Get One Free, Buy One Get One Half Price etc.), you will forfeit any saving/benefit made based on the initial multi-buy offer.
Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy. If a voucher is lost, stolen etc. it will not be replaced under any circumstances.

Returns are usually processed in the first few days they are received back but please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it’s something we have no control over.
We will refund you by the same method as payment you used when you originally placed your order, for customers using Credit or Debit/Laser cards this will be refunded back onto the same card.
You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility.
Returns to Elverys Sports stores are free of charge.

Determination as to whether a product is faulty or not will be at the sole discretion of Elverys Intersport.
Elverys Intersport reserves the right to have reasonable time to make decisions on the product. We commit to reverting to the customer with a decision within 10 days.
Customers will be offered in this order: Repair, Replacement, Refund.
Where a product is determined to be faulty, we will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred.
Please note that trainers and boots cannot be machine washed and will ultimately damage your shoes. Items will not be accepted for return if they have been machine washed.
