Training and Development
A key part of our success is the emphasis we place on training and development. We offer a variety of in-house training programmes designed to develop and enhance your skillset. We provide Induction and 1:1 support for new employees. Workshops, brand events and an online Product Knowledge training platform is provided to ensure our team members have the most up to date sports product knowledge.
We also run a hugely successful QQI Level 5 certified Trainee Manager programme each year which helps our star performers develop into Assistant or Store Managers.

Adrian Glynn, Operations Manager
I started off as a Junior Buyer in the Elverys Support Centre in Castlebar in 2007 and loved it. I gained a quick promotion in 2009 to Senior Buyer.
This gave me the experience to take on my current role as Operations Manager for the Northwest region. Elverys really do promote progression and reward hard work.
